We are proud to announce that the AI4Uni trainings are completed. The project team created and delivered blended training for university staff and the online training for students.

The University of Szczecin team did yet another test run of the AI4Uni workshops during the 10th International Staff Training Week.

March 2026 is a month of the AI4Uni trainings. Both student and staff modules have started and initial feedback from the participants is very promising.

The state of play report is a final result of the WP2 activities conducted by the project team. It contains analysis of legal, practical and ethical implications of AI usage at the universities and a report with a summary of 10 interviews conducted with external stakeholders.

The AI4Uni team has created training modules for students and university staff. Main topic: AI literacy. Both training modules start in March 2026.

The AI4Uni Team is excited to announce the open hybrid seminar. Join us on 14 October 2025 and learn more about responsible AI for academic communities.

The team meeting was hosted by Universidad Pablo de Olavide in Seville on 2 June 2025.

This part of the AI4Uni project is dedicated to the general audience. We hope that you find our experience useful and inspiring. Our work has just started and these resources will be growing with the project life-time.

AI toolbox for Higher Education collects information and examples of AI tools, manuals and educational materials that we find helpful for students, academic and administrative staff of higher education institutions.

AI guidelines for Higher Education are a digital repository of principles and policies to help other institutions to start involving AI in a systematic way that takes into consideration legal and ethical concerns.

The University of Szczecin team did a test run of the AI4Uni workshops during the 9th International Staff Training Week. A short training session prepared by dr Tymoteusz Miller (USZ) was focused on sustainability and responsibility issues of AI. We received valuable feedback from the participants that will allow us to better plan training sessions for staff, and to meet their various expectations, needs and skills level.

The workshop participants represented Concordia University of Edmonton (Canada), University VITEZ and University of Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Caucausus University and Grigol Robakidze University (Georgia), University of Lagos (Nigeria), University of Kelaniya (Sri Lanka), V.N Karazin Kharkiv National University and NTU Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute (Ukraine).

The AI4Uni project team marked the end of the year with the kick-ooff meeting. It took place on 18 December 2024 at the University of Szczecin.
